All prices are in SEK including VAT.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Standard delivery time is 2–6 business days.
Out-of-stock items will show estimated restock dates on the product page.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Online courses:
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of purchase confirmation.
If you log in, download materials, or start the course, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Physical products:
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item.
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
Return items in original packaging and condition.
Customers pay return shipping.

Once approved, send items to:

Refunds are made within 14 days after approved return.

Exceptions

Custom or “non-returnable” items cannot be returned.
No withdrawal applies for started courses.

If a product is defective or incorrect, contact us for assistance under Swedish consumer law.
