Prices
All prices are listed in EUR, including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors, or mark items as sold out.
Payment
Payments are currently accepted by card via PayPal. More payment options will be available soon.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery time is normally 2–6 business days.
If an item is out of stock, estimated restock information is shown on the product page.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Online Courses
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act, counted from the day you receive your purchase confirmation.
Once you log in, download materials, or start the course, the service is considered started and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
If you wish to cancel within 14 days, contact us by email before logging in or starting the course.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
Physical Products
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Customers cover return shipping costs.
How to make a return:

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and approving your return.
Exceptions:
Custom orders or products marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned.
No withdrawal rights apply to courses that have already begun.
Complaints
If a product is defective or incorrect, you have the right to make a complaint under Swedish Consumer Law. Contact us and we’ll help you find a solution.
