Prices

All prices are in your local currency including VAT. We reserve the right to any price changes, typos or final sales.

Payment

Payment is currently made by card via Paypal. We hope to offer more payment options soon.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time within the EU is 2–6 business days.

If an item is out of stock, the estimated restock date will be shown on the product page.

Right of withdrawal & return

Online courses

  • A 14-day right of withdrawal applies according to the Distance Contracts Act, calculated from the day you receive confirmation of your purchase.

  • If you log in, download materials or start the course, the service is considered to have begun and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

  • If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, you must contact us via email before you log in or start the course.

  • If the right of withdrawal is approved, the full course fee will be refunded within 14 days.

Physical products

  • You have 14 days to return the item from the day you received it.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, broken or used cannot be returned.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as upon delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.

How to make a return

Contact us via email at hello@lashmore.club and state the order number and reason for return.
Once we have confirmed the return, send the item to our return address:

Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving and approving the return.

Exception

  • Specially ordered items or offers marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned.

  • There is no right of withdrawal for courses that have already begun.

Complaint

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you have the right to file a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act.
